monday.com Implementation: Agentic CRM and Command Center

A monday.com implementation with us is not a board setup. It is an agentic command center: one place where your sales funnel and the work it creates actually run, with AI agents owning the steps that do not need a person. Agentic Work Management implementations start at $3,500, and Agentic CRM implementations start at $7,500.

Most implementations are configuration. Somebody maps your process onto boards and automations, trains the team, and leaves. What you end up with is a tidier copy of the way you already work, and the same people doing the same chasing.

We implement something different. The command center is where the funnel and the work live, and the agents do the reading, the updating, and the chasing inside it. Your team approves and decides. That is the whole point of the build.

What a command center holds

  • One funnel. Every lead, deal, stage, and next step in the same place, with an owner on each one.

  • One work layer. The projects, handoffs, and deliverables the funnel creates, in the same system rather than a second tool.

  • Agents that own the steps. Lead intake and enrichment, follow-up drafting, pipeline hygiene, status updates, and handoff routing. The agent does the work, a person approves the exceptions.

  • Numbers you can act on. Live pipeline and live workload, instead of a report someone rebuilds every month.

What we do not do

We do not sell you a board configuration. If all you need is someone to build boards and automations to a spec you have already written, a certified partner will do it for less, and you should hire them.

What we implement is the command center the agents work inside, which is a different project. It needs a decision about which steps a person should keep, and that decision is the work.

We also do not sell seats. Your monday.com account is yours.

Why this is not another CRM setup

A normal CRM implementation means moving your data, rebuilding the pipeline, and training the team to keep it clean. Three months later the records are stale, because keeping a CRM clean is a job nobody has time for.

An agentic CRM closes that gap. The agents enrich every new lead, update records when a call happens, draft the follow-up, flag the deal that has gone quiet, and put the next step in front of the owner. The CRM stops being a place you update and becomes a place that tells you what to do next.

That design comes from our operations background, not from a partner certification. We have run these processes inside large organizations, so we know where they break and which steps a person has to keep. Most partners can configure a pipeline. The difference is knowing which parts of it should never touch a person again.

What it costs

Line

What it covers

Who pays

Agentic CRM implementation

The command center for your sales funnel, with the pipeline built for agents to work in. From $7,500

Us, fixed project fee

Agentic Work Management implementation

The command center for your work, with the projects and handoffs built for agents to work in. From $3,500

Us, fixed project fee

monday.com seats

Platform access, billed by monday.com, commonly around $50 per seat per month depending on plan

You, directly to monday.com

Agent roles

$1,000 to deploy and $500 a month per role, added into the command center

Us, only for the roles you choose

The implementation builds the command center the agents work inside. The agents are priced per role, so you only pay for the roles you turn on. Work Management builds start at $3,500. CRM builds start at $7,500, because CRM carries the pipeline design, the migration off whatever you run today, and the sales reporting. The final number is fixed after a short scoping call, so you know it before anything is built.

What it returns

The returns come from two places: funnel steps that stop waiting on a person, and money that stops leaking because nobody had time to check every line.

Result

What changed

How a rollout runs

  1. Scoping. We map the funnel and the work as it actually runs today, including the workarounds and the stages where deals stall. Written process and real process are rarely the same document.

  2. Decisions. We agree what the command center holds, who owns each stage, and which steps an agent should own. This is the step clients get wrong when they treat it as a build.

  3. Build. We build in your account on your real data, so you can see it working rather than reviewing screenshots.

  4. Agents go live. The agents take the reading, updating, and chasing. Your team approves the exceptions and keeps the judgment calls.

  5. Handover. Your team runs the command center day to day. We stay for new roles and new agents rather than for daily operation.

Where monday.com implementations go wrong

  • Treating it as a configuration project. Boards arrive, nothing about the way the team works changes, and the licence becomes a cost with no return.

  • Copying the spreadsheet into the platform. If the command center repeats the old columns exactly, nothing improves.

  • Automating a process nobody agreed on. You get the wrong outcome faster.

  • Buying seats before deciding what owns what. The tool cannot answer a question the team has not settled.

  • Keeping every change behind the vendor. If your team cannot rename a stage without a ticket, the platform gets resented.

Frequently asked questions

Is this just a monday.com board setup? No. A board setup ends when the boards are built. This ends when the funnel and the work run in one place and the agents are doing the steps that used to need a person. If you want board configuration to a written spec, say so and we will point you at someone cheaper.

What does an agentic implementation cost? Agentic Work Management implementations start at $3,500. Agentic CRM implementations start at $7,500. Both are scoped on a short call, the number is fixed before work starts, and a build that spans both is quoted as one project.

How long does it take? A single funnel or work management implementation is usually live in weeks. The variable is rarely the build. It is how much of the funnel nobody has written down and how much data has to move.

Do we need to buy monday.com through you? No. Seats are yours and are billed by monday.com directly. We build on the platform, we do not resell it with a markup.

Do the agents replace our sales team? No. The agents own the steps that do not need judgment: intake, enrichment, drafting, updating, chasing. Your team owns the conversations and the decisions.

Can you migrate us from Salesforce or spreadsheets? Yes. Migrating a sales organization off Salesforce onto monday.com is one of the projects we have done, including rebuilding hundreds of processes.
