workforce design

AI era
We decide which roles AI agents own and which stay human, then deploy the agents that own the work inside the systems you already run.
We are a workforce design firm. We decide which roles AI agents should own and which stay human, then deploy them inside the systems you already run.
AI strategy and workforce design
Decide which roles an agent should own, and know the rollout cost before you commit a dollar
Agentic CRM and agentic work management
monday.com implemented as a command center, with agents owning the steps that do not need a person
AI workforce operations
Ongoing monitoring, refinement, and evolution for every role in production, from $500 per role per month

Most AI plans fail before deployment, because nobody decided which roles should change. An AI strategy engagement answers that: we map how the work actually runs, name the agent roles that should exist, and price the rollout before you commit a dollar. You do not have to start with an audit. A single agent role, scoped narrowly, is the fastest way to find out whether this works.
Two ways to start
Start narrow: one role, no enterprise audit
One agent role, deployed into the system you already run, with a decision boundary you approve and exceptions that come to a person. $1,000 to deploy and $500 a month per role. This is the path for a team that wants to see the work change before it funds a program.
Design the workforce first: the AI strategy engagement
12 weeks, $15,000 to $50,000. A leadership session, 6 to 10 workflow interviews, and process mapping sessions. You get a ranked opportunity map with ROI estimates, a 12 month roadmap for tools and people, a priced deployment plan, and up to three agent roles live in production. If the audit shows the opportunity is not there, you keep the roadmap and you keep the rollout budget.
One engagement, three phases
Weeks 1 to 3
Workforce design audit. Where time goes, where it leaks, and where tools overlap, mapped and ranked
Week 4
Deployment plan. Which agent roles go first, in what order, on which systems, and at what fixed package price
Weeks 5 to 12
First agents live. Agents handle routine work inside approved boundaries, escalate exceptions to people, and produce measurable output
What a working agent looks like
A working agent is not a chatbot or a monitoring tool. It is a named role that owns routine work, applies approved judgment, escalates exceptions, and is accountable for an operational outcome.
Lead intake operator
Inbound qualification, enrichment, routing, and first touch drafting
Pricing operator
Competitor price monitoring, renewal and escalation tracking, deal desk quote review
Reconciliation operator
Matching and clearing transactions across systems, flagging breaks
Compliance monitor
24/7 policy and documentation compliance, without gaps between shifts
Who owns what
The agent owns the role.
It handles the routine work and raises only what needs human judgment.
You own the agent.
The deployment fee purchases your production asset, and it keeps running even if our partnership ends.
We employ the agent.
The monthly fee keeps the role monitored, accountable, refined, and evolving as the business changes.
You buy it. We employ it.
Scale, once it is working
3 roles, $7,500 to deploy. 5 roles, $10,000. 10 roles, $17,500. Each package includes deployment, onboarding, and 30 days of management per role. Ongoing operations start at $500 per role per month. monday.com seats, AI credits, and model APIs are billed at cost and shown separately.
Who this is for
Mid-market and enterprise teams, typically 50 to 1,000+ people, whose AI work is scattered across tools, whose stack has grown faster than their process, or whose leaders need a credible plan before funding a rollout. Sponsors are usually the CEO, COO, VP Operations, Head of Digital Transformation, or RevOps.
Security-conscious deployment
Healthcare, finance, and other regulated teams can deploy inside their own tenant or fully self-hosted. Scope and controls are confirmed during the audit.

We are a monday.com channel partner, and we implement monday.com as an agentic command center: one place where your sales funnel and the work it creates actually run, with AI agents owning the steps that do not need a person. Agentic Work Management implementations start at $3,500, and Agentic CRM implementations start at $7,500.
What a command center holds
One funnel
Every lead, deal, stage, and next step in the same place, with an owner on each
One work layer
The projects and handoffs the funnel creates, in the same system instead of a second tool
Agents that own the steps
Lead intake, follow-up drafting, pipeline updates, status chasing, and handoff routing
Numbers you can act on
Live pipeline and live workload instead of a report someone rebuilds every month
What we do not do
We do not sell you a board configuration. If all you need is boards and automations built to a spec you have already written, a certified partner will do it for less, and you should hire them. What we implement is the command center the agents work inside, and that is a different project.
Why it is not another CRM setup
A normal CRM implementation moves your data and trains people to keep it clean. Three months later the records are stale, because keeping a CRM clean is a job nobody has time for. Ours puts the agents on the parts nobody keeps clean: lead enrichment, record updates, follow-ups, and flagging the deal that has gone quiet. That design comes from running these processes inside large organizations, not from a partner certification.
What it costs
Agentic CRM implementations start at $7,500.
Agentic Work Management implementations start at $3,500.
monday.com seats are billed by monday.com directly, commonly around $50 per seat per month depending on plan.
Agent roles are $1,000 to deploy and $500 a month per role, only for the roles you choose.
What it returns
20% recovered on a $30M CPG supply chain.
Loan qualification and processing went from six people to two, with $500K+ deals moving through monday.com.
Transaction reconciliation went from hours a week to 30 minutes to review.
“Our company decided to switch from Salesforce to monday.com. William was instrumental in helping us create the hundreds of processes we needed in place to run our sales organization. Our timeline was tight but he managed to get us up and running within the allotted time. We now have a fully functioning Salesforce replacement and save several tens of thousands of dollars a year with our new setup.”
Tell us what you are trying to run on monday.com and we will tell you what the build takes.
Get the pattern, not the experiment.
Start with a 30-minute conversation about the operational work that should be owned differently.
