Your reporting is

a job nobody

has time for

We build the monday.com dashboards that show the work as it actually is: pipeline, workload, aging, and where things are stuck. Wired to the boards you already run, not rebuilt by hand every month.

What we build

What we build

Live dashboards wired to your boards, so the view updates itself. Nobody exports to a spreadsheet to answer a question in a meeting.

Pipeline and workload

Every deal, stage, and owner in one view, with the work it creates sitting next to it.

Aging and stuck work

Anything sitting too long is visible the day it starts sitting, not at month end.

The numbers leadership asks for

The four or five views your leadership actually asks about, built once and kept current.

A dashboard is only as good as the data under it.

A dashboard is only as good as the data under it.

monday ships dashboard widgets and you can drop them on yourself. Most teams do, and most of those dashboards start lying within a month, because nobody kept the boards clean underneath. We build the view and the rules that keep it honest.

Two ways to start

One dashboard, fixed scope

We build and connect a single dashboard you can use in the next meeting. $1,500 fixed. If it does not answer the question, you do not continue.

The full reporting layer

We map the questions leadership keeps asking, then build the boards, fields, and views that answer them without anyone assembling a report.

How a build runs

Week 1

We sit in the meetings where the numbers get asked for, and write down the exact questions.

Week 2

We fix the fields and statuses underneath, then build the dashboard so it reads from real data.

Week 3 onward

The dashboard runs. We check it against the source boards weekly for 30 days, then hand you the keys.

What we actually build

Not widget soup. Views tied to the decisions you make with them, and the data rules that keep them true.

The build

What it does

What stays human

Cash and deductions

Open deductions by retailer, value, and days left in the dispute window, updated the moment a claim lands.

Files the dispute

Order to cash

Orders moving intake to invoice, with aging by stage so the stuck ones surface first.

Chases the exception

Sales pipeline

Pipeline and the work it creates in one view, so you can see where a deal is actually held up.

Works the deal

Team workload

Work per person against capacity, so you can see who is over before the deadline slips.

Rebalances

Who owns what

The dashboard updates itself.

It handles the routine work and raises only what needs human judgment.

You own the build.

The build fee purchases your production asset, and it keeps running even if our partnership ends.

We keep it running.

The monthly fee keeps it monitored, refined, and evolving as the business changes.

You own it. We keep it running.

Scale, once it is working

Each dashboard is $1,500 to build, fixed scope. Three or more views in one engagement, $1,200 each. Ongoing monitoring and refinement from $500 a month. monday.com seats and credits are billed at cost and shown separately.

Who this is for

Mid-market and enterprise teams, typically 50 to 1,000+ people, whose AI work is scattered across tools, whose stack has grown faster than their process, or whose leaders need a credible plan before funding a rollout. Sponsors are usually the CEO, COO, VP Operations, Head of Digital Transformation, or RevOps.

Security-conscious deployment

Healthcare, finance, and other regulated teams can deploy inside their own tenant or fully self-hosted. Scope and controls are confirmed during the audit.

monday.com dashboards

monday.com dashboards

We are a monday.com channel partner. We build the reporting layer inside monday: the views, the rollups, and the data rules underneath them, so the numbers hold up when someone asks a hard question.

What a build includes

Questions first

We start from the decisions, not the widgets. What do you need to know, and how often?

Built in your account

Built in your monday account, on your boards, with your naming. Nothing lives in a tool you cannot see.

Tested against real records

Checked against the source boards for 30 days, so a stale view gets caught before you trust it.

Monitored for 30 days

We watch it for 30 days, fix what the real world breaks, then hand you the keys.

What we do not do

We do not sell you widget layouts. If all you need is charts dropped onto a board, monday lets you do that today, for free. What we build is the data underneath, so the charts are worth looking at.

Why it is not a template build

A template dashboard shows someone else's business. Yours has your stages, your exceptions, and your definition of stuck. We build it around how your work actually moves.

What it costs

Dashboards start at $1,500 each, fixed scope.

Three or more in one engagement, $1,200 each.

monday.com seats are billed by monday.com directly, commonly around $50 per seat per month depending on plan.

Ongoing monitoring and refinement from $500 a month, only for the views you keep.

What it returns

20% recovered on a $30M CPG supply chain.

Loan qualification and processing went from six people to two, with $500K+ deals moving through monday.com.

Transaction reconciliation went from hours a week to 30 minutes to review.

“Our company decided to switch from Salesforce to monday.com. William was instrumental in helping us create the hundreds of processes we needed in place to run our sales organization. Our timeline was tight but he managed to get us up and running within the allotted time. We now have a fully functioning Salesforce replacement and save several tens of thousands of dollars a year with our new setup.”

Tell us what you are trying to run on monday.com and we will tell you what the build takes.

Stop rebuilding the same report.

Start with a 30-minute review. Bring the question leadership keeps asking, and we will tell you what it takes to answer it from monday.
